SHIPPING & HANDLING – LITTLE PEOPLE AND ME PRODUCTS
Little People and Me uses a mix of Australia Post and Sendle for domestic postage within Australia.
After payment has been cleared and received postage terms apply. Postage is sent on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s. Orders placed by 12:00PM AEST on these days will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Tuesday, Thursday, after 12:00PM on shipping days and over the weekend will be dispatched on the following shipping date. Where a public holiday occurs in Brisbane, Queensland or Nationally, postage will be sent on the next business day even if Little People and Me are open the postal companies are closed. Little People and Me warehouse is located in Brisbane, all dates and times are based on AEST Brisbane, Queensland.
Postage and packing will automatically be added to your order as follows:
- $9.95 FLAT RATE STANDARD post tracked (2+ business days, up to 12+ business days depending on location)
- $15.00 FLAT RATE EXPRESS post tracked (next business day guaranteed within Australia Express Post Network, outside of the network is up to 3 business days)
- $2.30 LETTER post UNTRACKED (up to 14+ business days depending on location). This option is only available for Dinosaur Teethers and Drop Buddy (maximum quantities apply pending what will fit in this size).
- $FREE Standard postage tracked, on all purchases over $100.00 within Australia only.
- $FREE PICKUP is also available from Bracken Ridge (Brisbane Northside), QLD Australia. Place your order and select the Pickup option during checkout. Once we receive your order, we will email you with pick up instructions. A response to the pick up instruction email must be received within 2 days or your order will be cancelled. Pick up must be arranged at a suitable time within 1 week.

All tracked items through Australia Post and Sendle will email you directly from the Shipper (not from us) once the item has been processed for shipping.
Please note: the times above are guidelines only, Little People and Me is not be responsible for any delays as shipping is outside of control. However, we endeavour to do our best to support any issues that arise.

Little People and Me stocks some items that come directly from the Brand’s warehouse, not from Little People and Me Warehouse. These items are subject to availability and shipping terms. These items can take longer to dispatch from the warehouse. If there is a delay we are aware of or an item is out of stock, you will be notified.
A note will be provided in the items product description if a product is a direct order product.
SHIPPING & HANDLING – HANDMADE PRODUCTS
Little People and Me stocks some items that are handmade and either come directly from the Brand’s warehouse or are handmade within a timeframe and then sent to Little People and Me Warehouse. These items are subject to availability and shipping terms. These items can take up to 4 weeks to dispatch from the warehouse. If there is a delay we are aware of or an item is out of stock, you will be notified.
A note will be provided in the items product description if a product is a handmade product along with any information regarding turnaround time and dispatch.
SHIPPING & HANDLING – EMBROIDERY ITEMS
As embroidery items are sent to an external partner to complete, there is up to 14 working days turnaround time for embroidery to be completed prior to shipping. Once Little People and Me has received the embroidered items back from our external partner the normal shipping and handling applies as per above.

If an incorrect postal address, email address or mobile number is provided or a parcel is returned due to delivery circumstances, Little People and Me is not responsible and any extra postage fees will be charged at the customers expense to resend the order. Please check your order details carefully when placing your order.
